Description
Air Fryer Spring Rolls are a healthier, crispy alternative to deep-fried versions, filled with vegetables and protein, and cooked to perfection in the air fryer. Perfect as a snack or appetizer, they are easy to make and customizable with your favorite fillings.
Ingredients
Scale
- 10–12 spring roll wrappers (thawed if frozen)
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, cabbage, bean sprouts), finely chopped
- 1 cup cooked protein (shrimp, chicken, pork, or tofu), chopped
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated (optional)
- 1–2 tsp oil (for brushing)
- Sweet chili sauce or dipping sauce of choice for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine vegetables, protein, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.
- Place a spring roll wrapper on a clean surface. Add a spoonful of filling near one edge.
- Fold the sides over the filling, then roll tightly. Seal the edge with a dab of water.
- Brush or spray each spring roll lightly with oil.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Arrange spring rolls in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Serve immediately with dipping sauce.
Notes
- Keep unused wrappers covered with a damp towel to prevent drying.
- Do not overfill to avoid splitting during cooking.
- For crispier results, ensure spring rolls are not overcrowded in the basket.
- Store uncooked spring rolls in the freezer for up to 3 months. Cook directly from frozen, adding 2-3 minutes to the cooking time.
